Legal Kit
Have you remembered everything? The Legal Kit will help you make sure
you have all the bases covered for your garage building project. You will
encounter many contractors and subcontractors doing the course of your
project so it is a good idea to have a way of keeping them all in line
with your needs. Make sure misunderstandings don't come between you and
the successful completion of your project.
To help you have a better experience we make a Legal Kit available that
contains proposal forms, contractor forms and other useful documents to

how to use your Legal Kit and the documents are universal, so you can
use them with all building trades. It is always a good idea to have any
agreement reviewed by an attorney before you sign it. You can make as
many copies of the forms as you need to complete your project.
Review by an attorney before signing any major agreement is always well
advised. A well written contract is a two-way document designed to
protect both you and your contractors. Many things such as accidents,
material price fluctuation, local ordinances and code requirements can
affect your project and the relationship with your contractor. These
documents can assist you in establishing a good working relationship by
documenting in writing the scope of work and payment method.

Mirror Reverse (back to top)
Plans can be printed in mirror reverse by some of the designers. This can be useful when the project would fit your site better if everything was on the opposite side of that shown in the drawings. For example, if there is an entry door on the left side it will be shown on the right side of the mirror reverse drawings. It is simply a mirror image of the original drawings and it will cause the lettering and dimensions to read backwards. Therefore, when ordering mirror reverse drawings, you will receive one set of right-reading plans with the remainder in mirror reverse. So make sure to order enough drawing sets for all your requirements if ordering mirror reverse, plus one extra for the right-reading set.
Right Reading Reverse (back to top)
Plans can be printed in right reading reverse by some of the designers. This can be useful when the project would fit your site better if everything was on the opposite side of that shown in the drawings. For example, if there is an entry door on the left side it will be shown on the right side of the mirror reverse drawings. It is simply a mirror image of the original drawings but in this case the lettering and dimensions on the drawings will read correctly.
