The Le Mans four car detached garage plans has it all, 4 large vehicle bays, one drive through bay plus a drive in workshop. In the main garage area the ceiling is 12' high.Whether you are reading up on how to build a garage yourself, or you're going to hire a general contractor to build it for you, make sure you have plenty of room because this monster garage measures 80' wide by 32' deep. In addition to the 12' high ceilings, the interior of the garage is a huge 57 feet by 31 feet, giving you a total of 1767 square feet of area. Each of the four vehicle bays in these wooden garage plans has an oversized 12' x 10' overhead door and the bay closest to the shop is a drive through bay, with another overhead door in the rear. Four windows, two in the rear and two on the side, give you extra natural lighting and fresh air in these detached garage plans.
