The Traveller 3 Car Garage PlansThese unique 3 car garage plans include an RV garage and a tandem parking garage. They're the perfect garage floor plans for people that want to park 3 cars or any combination of an RV with 2 cars, trucks, vans or SUVs and need to do it on a narrower lot. The Traveller 3 car garage plans only measure 29 feet wide, so it will fit in places many other 3 car garage plans won't. But the 50 foot depth of these RV garage plans give you plenty of space for storing your vehicles, including a 39' deep bay for your RV. The overhead door for the RV garage is a large 12' x 12' so it should accommodate just about any RV.To achieve maximum usefulness in these garage blueprints, there is a two car tandem parking garage opposite the RV garage bay. This design isn't for everyone, but if you have a situation where you want to be able to protect a vehicle that you don't drive much, or you can work out a reasonable schedule for parking two vehicles, then give the Traveller 3 car garage plans an extra look. The two car bay has an oversized 9' x 8' overhead door with an extra high 9' ceiling to give you plenty of spaced for oversized vehicles, or roof mounted accessories. With more than 36 feet of depth, the two car bay of these garage floor plans will handle two normal sized vehicles, or one really long car or truck. A limo maybe? Oh, and did we mention the workshop? That's right. On top of parking for an RV and two other vehicles, these detached RV garage plans include a good sized workshop. It measures 12' 6" by 12' to give you a whopping 150 square feet of workshop area. In these garage floor plans the workshop is separated from the garage area and includes an interior entry door to close off the shop from the garage. There is also an exterior entry door in the workshop leading to the back of the garage.
