The Lorraine 3 Car Apartment Garage PlansThese three car plans are huge! 36 feet wide by 26 feet deep for a garage floorplans footprint of 936 square feet and over 720 square feet of living space. That's as much living space as a small house. Lorraine Garage Plans are:
In the second floor apartment you'll find a wide open living area and kitchen combination. The offset windows at the front of the living room make the room seem even larger. Plenty of windows keep the interior bright and airy. The kitchen is at the rear of the apartment and has its own window over the sink. The full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedroom and kitchen. The bedroom features a large double window at the front. There is a large clothes closet in the bedroom and another closet at the top of the stairs. The roofline combines a hip roof with a gable and reverse gable. Overhangs over the garage doors and the front entry door will help keep you out of the rain. The first floor 3 car bays of the Lorraine plans measures 36' wide by 26' deep on the exterior, loads of room for your cars, trucks, vans or SUVs. Each of the three individual overhead garage doors each measures 8' x 7'. In addition to the windows you can add as part of the overhead doors and entry door, there are four more large windows in the garage bay area.
