The Heltonshire 3 Car Garage Plans Three car capacity plus a large one bedroom apartment, that's what you'll get with the Heltonshire 3 car apartment garage plans. This classic garage design features a combination of a gable roof and a reverse gable roof to add to the offset. The 3 car garage bays are split into a 2 car garage and a smaller 1 car garage. Even the smaller one car garage offers plenty of room at 12' wide by 21' 5" deep, enough room for most any vehicle.
