The Des Peres 3 Car Garage Plans If you're looking for 3 car garage apartment plans that don't look like a 3 car garage with an apartment, then you're in the right place. With it's sweeping Victorian lines and covered porch, the Des Peres looks like something right out of Southern Living magazine. Just off the covered porch entry door, the stairs lead to the second floor 2 bedroom apartment living room area of the garage plans with apartment. There is a sliding glass door to the rear of the living area that leads to the deck overlooking the back of the building. The living room in these garage apartment blueprints is itself a spacious 293 square feet and includes a dedicated dining area.
