When you want to build your own garage you'll find that each of the two garage bays in this garage plan has its own 9' x 7' overhead door enclosing the garage area. A rear entry door gives convenient access to the back of the garage and two side windows provide natural lighting and fresh air in these 2 car garage plans. The total interior space in these garage blueprints measures over 690 square feet. Even with vehicles parked in the bays you'll have more space to store your valuable toys and yard equipment. The second story of these 2 story garage plans includes a storage loft measuring 26' 4" long by 8' wide. That gives you an additional 200+ square feet for storing valuables or those items you just can't seem to get rid of. To maximize space when you build your own garage there is a folding staircase leading from the 1st floor garage area to the 2nd floor storage loft.
