In the second floor apartment you'll find a spacious living room and 500 square feet of total living area. The offset double window in the front of the living room presents you with a lot of decorating options. To the rear of the 1 bedroom apartment you'll find a full sized kitchen with a very open floor plan. There is a full bathroom to serve the apartment adjacent to the bedroom. Additional double windows in the front of the living room and the rear of the kitchen add to the openness of these apartment garage plans. The bedroom features a built-in window seat to complement the open feeling of the apartment floor plan. There is also a large clothes closet in the bedroom. The roofline is a combination hip and gable roof for a unique, classic look. Over the garage doors and the front entry door there is a nice roof overhang to keep you out of the weather.
