A folding stairway in the garage blueprints leads to the second floor loft that measures 21' 4" x 8', for a spacious 170 square feet of storage space. With a full height ceiling on the second floor of this garage design you can line the area with shelving to give yourself loads of extra room.The folding stairs of these 2 car garage plans retract out of your way to give you an extra deep space of more than 24 feet, plenty of room for long vehicles plus even more storage room.
