The Hillside 1 Car Garage PlansThis could be one of the largest 1 car garage plans you have ever seen. The Hillside one car garage blueprints include a huge workshop plus a second floor loft that can be used for a variety of purposes in this garage building. There is a single 8' by 7' overhead door enclosing the one car garage bay, but the interior length of the bay measures over 29 feet in these garage with loft plans! The entire first floor area including the workshop and the garage bay measures over 625 square feet. Just think of the tools and workbenches you could fit into a garage building area of this size.These garage with loft plans are perfect for anyone with a lot of yard equipment
Nearly anything you can think of will fit in these enormous 1 car garage plans plus you'll have room left over for a working area. If you do a lot of work on cars, trucks, vans or SUV's you won't find one car garage plans more suited to do the job. There is a front entry door to the workshop from the 6' wide covered porch. Two large front windows and a side window on the first floor will give you plenty of natural light and fresh air throughout the garage building. Just to the right of the entry door in these garage with loft plans you'll find stairs leading to the second floor loft. This full sized loft can be used for an office or extra storage space.
