The Redwood 1 Car Garage PlansThe Redwood is a cleverly designed one car garage apartment plans that gives you a first floor office or workshop, and a second floor studio apartment. On the ground floor, the one car garage has internal measurements of 12' 4" wide by 21' 4" deep to give you over 260 square feet of garage area. The overall measurements of these 1 car garage plans are 17 feet wide by 34 feet deep, totaling approximately 578 square feet in surface area.
